The Africa Women Transformative Summit (AWTS) is TLM’s flagship Pan-African platform connecting women and youth to the knowledge, networks, finance, markets and opportunities they need to lead, grow and transform Africa. More than a summit, AWTS is a catalyst for enterprise growth, leadership, collaboration and action, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, financial institutions, development partners and corporate leaders to create meaningful connections and sustainable opportunities.
Since its launch in 2024, AWTS has reached 910+ delegates from 20 countries, creating a vibrant Pan-African ecosystem for knowledge exchange, strategic partnerships, business and investment linkages, and cross-border collaboration. Through practical learning, thought leadership, mentorship and networking, AWTS continues to strengthen the capabilities of women and youth, grow competitive enterprises and amplify their contribution to Africa’s inclusive economic transformation.

- Access to Markets & Trade – Connecting enterprises to local, regional and international markets and promoting cross-border and intra-African trade opportunities.
- Digital Skills & Technology Adoption – Supporting women and youth to leverage technology, innovation and digital platforms to strengthen and grow their enterprises.
